Ingredients

  1. 1 cupspinach leaves
  2. 2onions
  3. 2potatoes
  4. 3green chillies
  5. 1 cupbesan
  6. 2 tbspred chilli powder
  7. 1.5 tbspcorriender powder
  8. 1 tbspgaram masala
  9. 2 pinchhing
  10. Salt as required
  11. 1/2 cupWater
  12. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the spinach leaves, onions, green chillied and potatoes in small size and add into a mixing bowl.

    Add the besan and all the spices to the mixture and mix them well.

  3. 3

    Now add water to the mixture and make a thick paste of the mixture.

  4. 4

    In a wok heat the oil and take small part of pakode mixture with the help of spoon and put into the oil for frying.

  5. 5

    Fry them till they are golden brown and serve them hot with the desired chutney.
