In a bowl mix together the flour batter ingredients, now add the cubed paneer & deep fry in oil until slightly golden & crisp. Keep aside for later.

Now prepare the chilli paste by heating oil in a pan & saute the ginger, garlic & chilli paste, cook till the oil separates.

Now in a wok, heat oil & saute the onions & peppers, saute for a minute & add the chillies, soya sauce, ketchup, water & chilli paste.

Mix well & season with salt, now add the paneer, corn flour slurry & spring onions, stir well & remove.

Garnishing with dhania leaf.
