Ingredients

  • ½ cupFlour Batter
  • ½ cuprefined flour/maida corn flour
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 300 gm paneer cubes
  • 3/4 cupwater
  • as needed oil
  • 2 tsp chopped garlic
  • ½ cup onions petals
  • 2 tspChilli Paste
  • ½ cup diced capsicum
  • 1slit green chilli
  • 1 ½ tsp soya sauce
  • ½ cup water
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1/2 cupdiced yellow peppers
  • 1/2 cupdiced red peppers
  • 2 tsptomato ketchup
  • 1 1/2 tbspcornflour slurry (½ tbsp corn flour + 1 tbsp water)
  • 2 tbspchopped spring onions greens

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix together the flour batter ingredients, now add the cubed paneer & deep fry in oil until slightly golden & crisp. Keep aside for later.

  2. 2

    Now prepare the chilli paste by heating oil in a pan & saute the ginger, garlic & chilli paste, cook till the oil separates.

  3. 3

    Now in a wok, heat oil & saute the onions & peppers, saute for a minute & add the chillies, soya sauce, ketchup, water & chilli paste.

  4. 4

    Mix well & season with salt, now add the paneer, corn flour slurry & spring onions, stir well & remove.

  5. 5

    Garnishing with dhania leaf.
