6aloo boiled and mashed
Red chilli and salt to taste
as neededOil
as neededgreen coriander chopped
1 tspgaram masala
1onion chopped
wheat flour 2 cup
as neededsalt and water

Mash aloo mi aspiced add green coriander and mix and keep aside

Knead dough with help of salt and water.make small portion of dough roll it stuff with aloo...seal it and again roll

Place on a hot tawa cook from both sides by applying oil
