Pour roasted semolina in a bowl and add curd,the grated and chopped ingredients,salt and sugar to taste,turmeric,1 tbsp oil,baking powder and mix all with water to make a thick batter.Set aside for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile add little oil in a wok and sprinkle mustard seeds.When they splutter,fry the curry leaves.Add it to the batter.Grease a micro safe round bowl with oil.Now add the Eno fruit salt to the batter.Mix thoroughly and pour the batter in the bowl.Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and bake for 5-7 minutes.Check with inserting a sharp knife.If it comes out clean then it's done.

Another option is to grease a cake pan with oil and bake at 350°in a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes approximately.

Wait for sometime then turn over the cake on a plate.Cut into pieces and serve with salsa sauce or hot and sweet tomato sauce.
