Take some fresh small green Bhindis and wash it and dry it.Cut from the up side and bottom side and cut through the middle.

Take 2 tbsp roasted Chana Flour and add a pinch of Turmeric Powder and a pinch of Red Chilli Powder and put it.Now take 1 tbsp Roasted Peanut,1 tbsp Freshly grated coconut,1 tsp Sesame Seeds,1/2 tsp Saunf,1/2 tsp Green chilli Paste,1/2 tsp Ginger Paste,1/2 tsp Garlic Paste,Pinch of Garam Masala Powder,Salt per taste,1/4 Lemons juice,1/2 Tsp Sugar,1 tsp Oil,1 tsp Freshly chopped Coriander and mix all these ingredients to make a Masala.

Now stuff the Bhindis with this Masala.

Now take 2 tbsp oil in a pan,add 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds,1/4 tsp Whole Jeera,pinch of Hing and make a tadka.Now add 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder,salt per taste and add the stuffed bhindi.

Now add 1/2 tsp Green chilli Paste,Ginger paste and also 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste.Mix well and toss it.

Cover with lid and cook till the bhindi is cooked.Now your crispy Bharva Bhindi Masala is ready!
