Steps

Take the washed dal in cooker and place it for 2 whistles with water and namak haldi lal mircha and half spn oil

Take ghee in a pan add jeerra and onion in it and add tamatar add palak also

Add lal mirch garam masala and kali mirch in it cook for 2 min

Add that boiled dal in this pan
