Ingredients

  • 1 bunchspinach
  • 1 bunchterere
  • 1 bunchkanzera
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • Salt
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean and shred the vegetables

  2. 2

    Fry onion till golden brown

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and salt let them cook for 3mins

  4. 4

    Add the vegetables and mix well with the tomatoes

  5. 5

    Keep stirring for about 5mins

  6. 6

    Serve with ugali
