  • 3 cupsWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water in a cooking pot

    Add maize flour little by little as you stir using a wooden spoon

    Keep adding flour to thicken

    Mix it up well to get paste like consisteny

    Cover for 5 mins then continue mixing

    Mould it well and place it on a flat plate

  7. 7

    Enjoy with any stew of choice
