Steps

Heat butter in a pan add onion, ginger and garlic paste and saute till it get brown

Add tomato, matar and add all masala and mix it well

Add boiled pumpkin and mash it and mix them well, now add butter and coriander leaves in the cooked bhaji

Spread butter on the pav and toast it in the pan till it becomes golden brown

Serve hot with salad.
