Ingredients

  • Eye roast (I use two because they shrink)
  • 4 cansbeef broth (or beef gravy for thicker gravy)
  • 2 packetsAu jus gravy mix
  • 2 packetsRanch

Steps

  1. 1

    Add eye roast into the slow cooker

  2. 2

    Add potatoes & carrots

  3. 3

    Add both packets of Au jus

  4. 4

    Add both packets of ranch

  5. 5

    Add 4 cans of beef broth (or beef gravy for thicker gravy)

  6. 6

    Let it cook on low for 8 hours
