1medium sized garlic clove
2 Tbspolive oil
to tasteSalt
to tasteCumin
to tastePepper
2-4 Tbspwater
400 gtin of chick peas
Sprinkle of paprika

Steps

First purée the tahini and lemon juice

Then add olive oil, garlic, and seasoning and purée.

Then add half the chickpeas and purée. Add the rest of the chickpeas and purée.

Gradually add water while pureeing until desired consistency it achieved.

Decant into a dish, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
