Steps
- 1
These are among the ingredients you will need
- 2
Mix margarine and sugar
- 3
Add the eggs and mix
- 4
Mix with the flour and milk, so that you obtain smooth consistency. The consistency should be thick (a little bit hard to mix) but flowing
- 5
Divide your mixture into 2 portions. Add choco primo or cocoa to one of the mixture and mix.
- 6
Take a big sufuria. Put 3 stones in it. Put it on medium heat and heat it until it is a little bit hot
- 7
Take a smaller sufuria and apply magarine effectively. Pour the mixture to form any pattern of your choice. Put it on top of the stones
- 8
Cover the big sufuria with another sufuria or a lid. Make the heat medium. Very low heat can make it uncooked
- 9
Cook for 30 minutes, then check with a knife by piercing it. If nothing sticks its ready. Wait till its crusty below
- 10
Remove it and wait for a few minutes till it cools. Use a spoon to remove on the sides carefully. Turn upside down
- 11
Cut and enjoy!
