Ingredients

25 mins
  • 2large potato/ boiled and mashed
  • 1 bunchfresh spinach/ steamed/ chopped
  • 1 bunchparsley/ chopped
  • 1/2 bunchFresh basil/ chopped
  • 1 bunchgreen onion/ chopped
  • 1/2 tbsvegetable oil for filling
  • 1 tspred flakes pepper, salt
  • To make dough:
  • 1 teacupmilk at room temperature
  • 2 tbspinstant dry yeast
  • Salt
  • 1egg white
  • To decorate :
  • 3 cupsflour/ if your dough is too soft add more flour
  • Egg yolk, sesame seeds, or flax seed

    Set oven at 375°F

    Mix yeast, yogurt, milk, add flour slowly

    Your dough has risen after 1 hour

    Make 8 even balls

    Flatten with your hand and place some filling in the middle of the dough

    Bring the edges together

    You close the ball,

    Oil the cake pan and place the balls in it, sealed side down

    Brush with egg yolk and add some sesame seeds or flax seeds

I used to be a runner. One day middle of the run, I had my feet numb up to my knee. It was sciatica from a car accident years ago. Then because having problems with my Achilles, I started using a cane. Now I changed my diet completely... no more sugar or process foods. My recent recipes are vegetarian, I do not eat meat anymore! Also no sugar, flour and very low carbohydrate meals .This is my journey now. Good luck on yours! 😄✌️
