  • 1large egg
  • Southern coating
  • Halfa cup of canola oil

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Defrost by put your fish out of the freeze for about 3 hours

  2. 2

    Beat your egg and coat your fish with your egg

  3. 3

    Coat it with your southern coating

    Fry with canola oil until golden brown

    Serve it with rice and vegetables and enjoy
