Ingredients

  • पनीर-300g
  • मैदा-2चम्मच
  • काॅर्न फ्लोर-2चम्मच
  • हरा मिर्च-5(लंबी कटी)
  • अजिनोमोटो (1छोटी चम्मच)
  • लहसुन-5-6कली(बारिक कटी)
  • प्याज-2(त्रिभुजाकार कटा)
  • शिमला मिर्च-1(टुकङो में कटा)
  • अदरक-1इंच(कद्दुकस किया)
  • सोया साॅस-1बङे चम्मच
  • रेड चिली साॅस-1बङे चम्मच
  • टोमॅटो सॉस - 2बङे चम्मच
  • सफेद सिरका-1 चम्मच
  • नमक (स्वादानुसार)
  • तेल(आवश्यकतानुसार)
  • फुड कलर(1 चुटकी)
  • धनियाँ पत्ती(सजावट के लिय, बारिक कटी)

  1. 1

    पनीर को चौकोर काट लें. फिर एक कटोरे मे मैदा काॅर्न फ्लोर काली मिर्च पाउडर चुटकी भर नमक डाल कर अच्छे से मिलाऐं. घोल को ज्यादा पतला ना करें.

  2. 2

    मध्यम गैस आंच पर कडाही में तेल गरम करें. पनीर के टुकरो को घोल में डुबो कर सुनहरा होने तक तलें. तले हुए पनीर को प्लेट में टिशू पेपर पर निकाल लें

  3. 3

    अब कडाही में अदरक, लहसुन, हरि मिर्च डाल कर भूनें फिर प्याज डाल कर भूनें. हल्का भूरा होने पर शिमला मिर्च डालें इसे भी हल्का भूनें.

  4. 4

    अब सारे साॅस, अजिनोमोटो,फूड कलर, पनीर डाल कर 5मिनट तक पकाऐं. उसके बाद कटी हुई धनियाँ पत्ती से सजाकर परोसें.
