Wash the peas and put in a cooking pan, add 1 cup of water and small amount of salt,cover and put on heat to let it boil for about 20 minutes.Remove it and put in a separate bowl and rinse the cooking pan.

Cut the onions, garlic, coriander and green capsicum in a dish.Cut the tomatoes separately in another dish.

To the cooking pan, add oil and let it fry for 1 minute then add the mixture of garlic, onions, coriander and capsicum.Let them fry until the onions turn golden brown, then add tomatoes. Cover and let the mixture cook until soft.

To the mixture, add the already boiled peas and turn thoroughly to let it mix well. Then add royco and mix before adding 1/2 cup water for stew.Cover and let it cook for some time.

To another pan,add a little oil then measure 4 cups of water used for rice,and a pinch salt in the cooking pan. Allow it to boil before adding rice.Cook until the water is drained and ready to serve.
