  • 1.5 cupmilk
  • 5 cupsAPF
  • 1 tbspyeast
  • 1 tspcinamon/cardamon
  • Oil for deep frying

    Add yeast,sugar, cinamon to the warm milk

  2. 2

    Add flour little by little while kneeding

  3. 3

    Once done cover for the dough to proof

  4. 4

    Cut into desired shapes and deep in oil

  5. 5

    Ready to eat
