250 gflour..10g cocoa
250 gsugar
10 gwhole eggs

Steps

Beat the eggs and sugar over a warm water bath till fluffy

Fold in flour

Divide the mixture and mix cocoa with 1/4 of it and pour onto a baking tray

Marble with the cocoa mixture..bake 330f for 8min
5

Let it cool then fold it up..making sure its tight...let it rest in freezer for 10min
