Steps

Matinate the chicken pieces with ginger - garlic paste,oil, salt and turmeric powder

Heat oil and fry the Potatoes adding salt and turmeric powder and remove as they are golden brown

Now add oil and temper red chilli whole and whole garam masalas

Add the masala paste and saute well till it is brown

Add chicken pieces and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder and cover
- 6
Add Potatoes and saute well adding red chilli Powder and tomato puree
- 7
Saute well till chicken pieces and Potatoes are soft add water and simmer
