  • Spinach
  • Kahurura
  • 1/2kgs meat
  • 2tomatoes
  • 2onions
  • Bunchcoriander
  • Salt
  • Boiled water
  • 1cucumber

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook your ugali normal

  2. 2

    Fry your meat as usual

  3. 3

    Wash and cut kahurura and spinach. Fry onions add tomatos till ready, add the greens and salt to taste. Serve with ugali and fried beef.
