400 gmpaneer
1 cuproasted and fried ginger garlic onion cashew-raisins and tomato paste
2 tspcumin seeds
2green chillies
1bay leaf
1 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspgaram masala powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil add paneer shallow fry,keep aside
2

Now add oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli whole
3

Add the paste saute adding salt,red chilli Powder and turmeric powder
4

Saute well adding sugar and garam masala powder
