Take Maida in a bowl. Add salt, ajwain and 2 Tsp oil. Bind a stiff dough by adding water slowly. Keep aside.

Chop methi and coriander leaves very nicely. Add salt and red chilli powder. You can add cumin seeds also.

Now make a ball from dough. Roll it less than 1 cm thick in rectangular shape.

Apply 1 tbsp oil all over it. Now apply methi masala on it. You need to rub it slowly all over. Spread evenly.

Now roll it tightly in a log. Cut with knife 1 cm pieces. Press each piece with your hand and roll lightly once with a rolling pin.

Fry them on medium flame. Let them cool down and store in a air tight container.
