Steps

Steam the florets and drain out the water

Heat oil and temper cumin seed and bay leaf

Add ginger paste and green chillies,saute well till the raw smell disappears

Now add florets and saute for a while

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till the florets are completely soft
- 6
Now add tomato and cover till the tomato gets soft
- 7
Add sugar and fry on high for a minute or so
