First of all boil the milk. Add grated paneer in it.cook it 4-5min.

Add condensed milk and stir continuesly.after 1-2min add cashew paste.and mix it 1-2min.

Now add cordamom powder and mix it.switch off the gas.and add rose water in it.

Grease a tray and pour kalakand mixture in it and garniah with some cashew and almonds and put it in the refrigerator overnight.

After 5-6hours cut it in to the desire shape and serve it.
