1 take a large bowl gram flour, rice flour, baking soda mix well take some water make medium batter rest 5 hour

Heat oil in a Kadai medium flame make boondi spatula help golden colour

Take a whole pan put in sugar and water make sugar serum

Deep Boondi slightly warm sugar serum

Heat milk in a kadai add sugar and corn flour reduce milk one third, add dry fruits powder and cardamom powder mix well, divide milk 2 part.

Take one part Rabdi, add chocolate cook slow flame mix melted. Cool down in refrigerator 3 hour

Take Rabdi add saffron. cool down in refrigerator 3 Hour

Serve Boondi with cool chocolate and Kesar Rabdi decorate chopped almond and pista
