Special ram meat stew
One of my favorite stew of all time
Steps

Wash the ram meat using salt, put into a clean pot, add seasoning cubes, salt, pepper, curry & thyme, Cook until tender

Heat up vegetable oil, fry the cooked ram meat in batches
- 3
In a pot, heat up cooking oil, add onions, next blended tomatoes & pepper, fry until the water dries up and the oil floats to the top, add a little ram meat stock, seasoning cubes, taste for salt, cover lid and allow to boil
- 4
When it has boiled very well, add your fried ram meat, leave for 5mins, turn off heat and serve with hot white rice or yam
