Pour oil in a pan, add onions let fry then add d blended pepper

Let fry then add the cray fish and seasoning

Add already beaten eggs then let set for a minute then stir gradually

Allow to cook for like 5 minutes,add spring onions then it's ready
- 5
Can be eaten with Boiled yam or anything of choice....
