Ingredients

  1. 1cauliflower
  2. 1cabbage
  3. 4potato
  4. 4onion paste
  5. 4tomato paste
  6. 1green chilli paste
  7. 2carrot
  8. 1 bottlegourd
  9. 2capsicum
  10. 2 tspCoriander leaves
  11. 4 spoonOil
  12. 1 tbsp ginger paste
  13. 1 tbspgarlic paste
  14. 1packet garam masala
  15. 1packet maggi masala
  16. Salt to taste
  17. 2 pinchRed chilli powder
  18. 2 pinchorange food colour

Steps

  1. 1

    Take cooker put into 1 glass water. And put all chopped(big size) vegetables and close the cooker with a lid.

  2. 2

    After that take a pan. Put into oil.when the oil is heat properly...put into garlic, ginger paste.

  3. 3

    After 2 min put into green chilli paste, onion paste,tomato paste.... Heat it properly and sim the flame....

  4. 4

    In the other side open the cooker.take a mixer put into all vegetables (when it is cool)and grind it...

  5. 5

    When the masala is changed this colour put into salt,red chilli powder,garam masala,maggi masala and food colour...and mix well...

  6. 6

    When the masala is ready....put into vegetables paste and mix well...after 5 min put into coriander leaf and mix well and off the flame....now it is ready to eat...it's taste look like resturant taste...
