  • 1 &1/2 kgcarrots
  • 1 &1/2 cupsugar
  • 2 tbsp milk made
  • 1/2 litremilk
  • 1/2 cupcashews
  • 1/2 cupsraisins
  • 1/2 tsp elaichi powder
  • 3-4 tbsp puree ghee

    Wash peel carrots,grate them fine

    Cook in pressure cooker to steam them for quick halwa
