Heat the pan add Oil,Cloves,bay leaf, Cinnamon stick, Cumin, cardamom. Add green Chillies, chopped Onion saute until Onion turns golden brown.

Add chopped beans, carrot, sweet Corn,green Peas fry for 2 minutes. Add red, yellow and green bell peppers Cook for 5 minutes.

Add salt and boiled Basmathi Rice and mix well and fry for 2 minutes.Add chopped Coriander leaves mix well.

Bell Pepper Fried Rice ready to eat. Transfer to serving plate. Serve hot. Enjoy with gravy.
