Ingredients

  • 1 BowlBoiled Basmathi Rice
  • 1/2 cupChopped Onion
  • 2Green Chillies
  • 1/4 cupFinely Chopped carrot
  • 1/4 cupFinely Chopped Beans
  • 1/4 cupChopped Green Capsicum
  • 1/4 cupChopped Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 cupChopped Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 cupSweet Corn
  • 1/4 cupGreen Peas
  • 1 handfulCinnamon, Cumin, Cloves, bay leaf, cardamom, for tempering
  • 1 cupOil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tspCoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the pan add Oil,Cloves,bay leaf, Cinnamon stick, Cumin, cardamom. Add green Chillies, chopped Onion saute until Onion turns golden brown.

    Add chopped beans, carrot, sweet Corn,green Peas fry for 2 minutes. Add red, yellow and green bell peppers Cook for 5 minutes.

    Add salt and boiled Basmathi Rice and mix well and fry for 2 minutes.Add chopped Coriander leaves mix well.

    Bell Pepper Fried Rice ready to eat. Transfer to serving plate. Serve hot. Enjoy with gravy.
