Break your eggs into a bowl

Beat the eggs until they all blend together with the yoke

Then add your sardine and a pinch of salt with a little ground pepper

The oil to be used for frying will be the oil from the sardine.

Fry and when it starts to thicken you begin to roll. To get your shawama shape.

Bring it down after just 2minutes

Serve with hot cocoa or any beverage of your choice
