Ingredients

  1. 2 kgflour
  2. 400 gSugar
  3. 1 tspBaking powder
  4. 750 gButter
  5. 2Coconuts
  6. Veg oil for frying
  7. 1/2 tspnutmeg

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate one coconut set aside, blend another one to extract the juice.

  2. 2

    Mix all ur dry ingredients and add ur butter mix together and add the grated coconutkeep mixing till all incorporate,

  3. 3

    Then keep adding the extracted juice little by little till u get the desired texture, rub in and allow to rest in fridge for 20min

  4. 4

    After 20min roll out and cut to desired shapes and fry in hot oil.
