Boil the rice and keep aside

Wash and cut the leavws, in a mortar, softly pound the pepper, crayfish, ogili together (don't use blender)

Put oil in a pot, add the chopped onions, stir fry for 3mins, add the already pound ingredients and stir fry for another 5 5mins. Add the leaves, the washed dry fish and cook for sm3 mins. Yeeyyy!!! It's ready... Dish and enjoy!
