Ingredients

30-45 minutes
  • 4 tablespoonscoconut flour
  • 1/2 cuppumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cupnonfat Greek yogurt
  • 12truvia packets (less of using flavored protein powder)
  • 1.5 teaspoonbaking powder
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 teaspooncinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoonnutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoonginger
  • 2 tablespoonunflavored or vanilla protein powder
  • 2tablespoons.water

Steps

30-45 minutes

    Preheat oven to 400

  2. 2

    Mix all dry ingredients

  3. 3

    Mix in yogurt and water.. Mix well but don't overmix.. It will be a light dough able to be distributable with a spoon

  4. 4

    Using cupcake tin with liners you should be able.to fill each wrapper.

  5. 5

    They will take about 40 minutes in the oven but can handle an hour or more. Use a toothpick to test to come out clean.. They will also darken but not burn.
