  1. Semi ripe plantain - 3 fingers
  2. leavesUgu
  3. Onions, pepper, smoked Titus fish, palm oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil for 20mins, peel and set aside

  2. 2

    Stir-fry all the ingredients in a cooking spoon of oil for 6mins, add seasoning accordingly, turn vigourously

  3. 3

    Bring down and serve with SAMIRA ABUBAKAR kunun aya😂😂😂😘😘😘
