Sweet wheat sevaiyan

#Traditional sweet dish prepared during Diwali festival.
Steps

In nonstick pan add and melt ghee.Add crushed wheat vermicelli, saffron strands,mix and roast stauting continuously for 5 mins on slow flame till it's brown in colour.

Add hot boiled water and sugar. Mix and cover with lid,cook for 4-5 mins stirring in between.

Add cardamom powder and 1 tsp almonds flakes,mix well and off the flame.

Serve/ relish hot Sweet Wheat Sevaiyan garnishing with almonds, pistachio flakes and raisins.
