Ingredients

  • piecesFish cut into medium size
  • Tomatoes, chopped onions, paprika garlic, ginger
  • leavesCurry powder, salt, oil, coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Put oil in the pan, add chopped onions sauté until light brown, add ginger and garlic, add blended tomatoes..

  2. 2

    Add pieces of fish.. Let it boil for a while then add salt, curry powder and coriander leaves

  3. 3

    After about 5 mins turn the pieces carefully without breaking them.. For another 5 mins
