Method for filling.

Heat the pan add khoya stir for 10 minutes on the medium heat. Until it becomes pink.

Add sugar and cardamom powder mix well. Keep out side

Method for gujiya

Take a mixing bowl add maida, oil and milk and Water make a tight dough. Rest for 15-20 minutes.

Make a small size puri out of the dough.put little filling inside each puri and seal the ends using little water to form the half moon.

Heat oil in a deep pan.add the gujiyas to deep fry them. Until become it pink. Keep aside.

Make a sugar syrup of 2 string consistency. Cool it for few minutes.

Dip the fried gujiyas into the sugar syrup and take them out.

Gujiyas are ready to serve
