  • 10medium potatoes
  • 2grated carrots
  • 2medium sized tomatoes
  • 1chopped onion
  • Pinchsalt
  • 2 tbscooking oil
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 2 cupswater

  1. 1

    Fry onions, tomatoes and potatoes to be soft.

  2. 2

    Add water and carrots to cook a little

  3. 3

    Add peas and then mash and blend with milk.

  4. 4

    Serve hot.
