Boil the milk and add 1 lemon juice and let it curdle

Strain the water away from the chena

Now mash it well with the palm of your hand

Add semolina and form a dough

Now in a pan add sugar and water and prepare syrup

As the syrup starts boilng take small portion of the dough and make small balls
- 7
Add the balls into the syrup and boil on high heat
- 8
Lower the heat and boil till the rasgullas are soft and sweet
- 9
Serve it hot or cold
