Steps

Sieve flour in a dry bowl.

Add all the dry ingredients with margarine. Then Rub-in very well.

Add flavour, milk and water, mix thoroughly. Make it smooth, but don't work on it too hard.

Sprinkle flour on a plain table, use a roll pin to roll it very flat and thin, allowing it yo spread out.

Use wheel cutter to cut to ur desired shape.
- 6
Fry in a deep moderate hot oil, until is little brown, scoop out oil.

Allow to cool before u serve
