Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a baking pan with butter and dust with flour, then set aside.

In an electric mixer, combine the eggs, sugar, milk, clarified butter or oil, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix for about 3 minutes.

In a bowl, sift the flour with the baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Add the raisins, walnuts, grated apples, and coconut, and mix well. Then add the egg mixture and combine thoroughly. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

Garnish the top of the cake with apple slices, raisins, almonds, and a light sprinkle of cinnamon.

Bake in the oven for about 1 hour. Turn off the oven and leave the cake inside for 5 minutes.
