Heat 2tbsp ghee in a pan add ginger garlic paste fry for 2mins, next add green chilles fry this fr a min

To this add grated beetroot saute for 5mins, next add coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, anardana powder and salt and fry this for 3mins, switch off the flame

Remove this mixture to a bowl,to this add boiled mashed sweet potato, besan and chopped coriander leaves and mix everything well

Apply little ghee or oil to ur palms,take little portion of this mixture shape into round mini kabab

Heat 2tbsp ghee in a non stick pan and fry this kababs, cook for 5 mins on both the sides

Take capsicum cut it into crown shape

Cut tomato in tringale shape

Now arrange it like this,Rocket kababs are ready

Note: u can use boiled potatoes in place of sweet potatoes
