Macaroni and cheese
A shortcut version to cheese sauce

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Cook the macaroni according to the packet instructions.

While the pasta is cooking, put the cheese, evaporated milk, eggs and nutmeg in a processor and blitz to mix

Tip the macaroni into a deep shallow casserole

Pour the cheese sauce over the macaroni

Stir the above ingredients well..add salt and pepper
- 9
Bake in a very hot oven for about 10 - 15 mins or until bubbling, and blistering on the top
