Sock the broccoli in salty hot water for 5 minutes to kill germs and insects

Chop the onions, tomatoes, broccoli, capsicum and zucchini

Add oil in a hot pan

Add onions, zucchini, capsicum, carrots, green pepper, tomatoes and cauliflower

And let cook al dente

Add broccoli, stir and steam for 1 minute

Serve with rice or chapati
