Clean and washed pomfret apply lemon juice and pinch turmeric powder and salt rub all over the fish keep aside for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes apply all masala like red chilli powder turmeric powder and coriander and cumin powder powder on the fish keep again for 5 minutes.

Put one pan on flame add 2 to 3 tablespoon oil heat it Now roll the pomfret in rice flour and then add in hot oil,fry till golden brown colour. Fry fish is ready to serve.

Serve with hot dal and rice
