Steps

Sieve the the dry ingredients except coffee and set aside

Melt the margarine and mix with the sugar and beat with a mixer

Add in the eggs and vanilla essence

Fold in the dry ingredients alternating with the butter milk

Dissolve the coffee in hot water and mix in the butter
- 6
Line the baking tin with cupcake cases. Pour in the batter and bake
- 7
When ready let them cool and decorate as desired
