Boil your meat and stockfish. Spice it with your onion, knorr cubes and salt

Wash ur snail, kpomo and periwinkle and set aside

Also wash and boil your cocoyam. When it's tender, pound and set aside

When the meat is well cooked, add your snails, kpomo, palm oil and required quantity of water, salt to taste and allow to boil

Add the cocoyam paste and allow to boil for about 10 minutes to avoid lumps

Add your bitter leaf n simmer for about 5 minutes after which your soup is ready

Serve with eba, akpu, semo or pounded yam.
