Ingredients

4-5 servings
  • 2-3 tspoil
  • 250 gramsbrinjal
  • 1whole bulb of Garlic cloves
  • 250 gramspotatoes
  • 3medium size onions
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 Tspsalt
  • 1/4-1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 2 Tspcilantro

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onions in hot oil.

  2. 2

    Add turmeric powder coriander powder, tomatoes, potatoes, salt and fry on the Onions put chopped

  3. 3

    Put chopped brinjal and fry it put green coriander on top
