  • 1scotch bonnet
  • 1medium Onion
  • 1maggi cube
  • 1/2tspn curry powder
  • 1/2tspn mixed spices
  • 1 tbspnoil

20minutes
  1. 1

    Dice onion,tomatoes and scotch bonnet into small.

    Put oil in pan and add the tomatoes, Onion and pepper.

    Add the spices and fry it for 5minutes.
